Privacy, without mystery.
Effective August 10, 2026. This policy explains how TruSignal handles information when you use the service.
Information we handle
We process account and workspace details, authorized-source property evidence, research notes, product usage and audit events, integration identifiers, support messages, and limited device or security data. Stripe handles payment-card details; TruSignal receives billing identifiers and subscription status rather than full card numbers.
How we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, rank and explain opportunities, synchronize approved integrations, enforce workspace access and plan limits, process billing, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and transfers
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate TruSignal—such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, billing, and customer-authorized integrations—or when required by law. Workspace administrators control member access and connected destinations.
Retention and security
We retain account, evidence, audit, and billing records only as long as needed for the service, contractual commitments, dispute prevention, security, and legal obligations. We use tenant isolation, encryption in transit, access controls, signed webhooks, audit records, and least-privilege service credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Ask to access, correct, export, or delete account information by emailing support@trusignal.vip. Security reports belong at security@trusignal.vip. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, or law.
Policy updates
TruSignal may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated in the product.
