The service
TruSignal organizes authorized property evidence, generates explainable opportunity signals, and supports customer-directed workflow integrations. Signals are decision support—not inspections, engineering opinions, bids, warranties, legal advice, or guarantees of roof condition, need, ownership, contact accuracy, or sales outcome. Users must verify material facts before acting.
Authorized use and sources
You may use TruSignal only for lawful business purposes and only with data, sources, territories, and integrations you are authorized to access. You may not bypass source terms or technical controls, scrape prohibited sources, upload unlawfully obtained data, harass contacts, send unlawful marketing, probe other workspaces, resell raw evidence, reverse engineer protections, or disrupt the service.
Accounts and workspaces
Keep credentials secure, approve only intended members, assign appropriate roles, and promptly report suspected compromise to security@trusignal.vip. Workspace administrators are responsible for member activity and connected systems. TruLine sponsored access is limited to identities explicitly approved through the trusted TruAgent registry or an administrator invitation.
Billing and cancellation
New retail workspaces are eligible for one introductory trial. The trial costs $5 and begins when Stripe Checkout confirms payment. During setup, you must choose Starter or Growth as the subscription that follows the seven-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the monthly price shown for your selected plan and the subscription then renews monthly until canceled. Returning workspaces restart at the selected monthly price without another trial. Plan limits apply per workspace and taxes may apply. You can manage payment details or cancel in the Stripe customer portal; cancellation after a paid monthly period begins takes effect at the end of that period unless law requires otherwise. Fees already paid, including the $5 trial charge, are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep TruSignal secure and useful, but the service and third-party sources may change, contain gaps, or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, TruSignal is provided “as is,” implied warranties are disclaimed, and TruSignal is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension, updates, and support
TruSignal may restrict access needed to protect customers, sources, the service, or comply with law. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Questions and billing help: support@trusignal.vip.
